Nikki built her career inside agencies - leading client relationships, shaping strategy and running the business. She joined her first agency board in her 20s, was an MD in her 30s and has held senior and fractional roles across all types of agency life - from ambitious start ups to global networks.
She knows what it takes to keep clients confident, teams motivated and the business strong. And she knows the truth most agencies avoid: they’re brilliant at growing clients’ brands, but rarely give themselves the same clarity and care.
Her approach is clear, collaborative and human. She listens, simplifies, and builds the confidence and structure that help agencies move forward - without losing the spark that makes them special in the first place.

Becci’s superpower is making things happen. The complex, the chaotic, the “how on earth are we going to pull this off?” - that’s her zone.
With 17 years in marketing, innovation, new product development and business planning, she’s led teams and delivered projects that most people would quietly step away from. She’s calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and brilliant at keeping momentum without losing the plot (or the people).
She believes in transparency, perspective and protecting the space between work and life - because good ideas don’t come from burnout.
